The young generation has always had a way of making their own statements about who they are. The clothes they wear, the words they use, and the music they listen to are just a few ways they have chosen to do this. Today's generation is no different than any other.
An added facet to their identity is the jewelry they wear. The marketing of certain types of jewelry to the youth of the world is booming.
In the 70's the big thing was gold chains and gaudy gold pendants. Men loved this look with a shirt opened down the chest. It was the Staying Alive era. It lasted for about as long as the life of disco.
The more Gothic jewelry trend started in the 80's when rock icons like Madonna and others began wearing multiple necklaces and bracelets of all kinds. Large cross pendants and any other emblem of significance could be seen.

There may come a time when you find yourself needing to sell some jewelry. Maybe the jewelry has diamonds or other gem stones and maybe it does not.
It could be that you need some fast money or you could want to sell some of the jewelry you have that you do not wear anymore. Selling pieces that no longer appeal to you is a sensible way to get the extra cash you could use to buy some new pieces you like better.
If the jewelry you want to sell has a lot of value or not, you still want to get the most for it that you can. In selling used jewelry, you may or may not get the same amount you paid for it.
