Pearl Center

Permanent plus supportive housing for low- to
moderate-income Veterans.

The Pearl Center is a DCHV-led project.

For the past decade, we have been working tirelessly toward the goal of ending homelessness for Veterans in the Tri-State area. The Pearl Center represents our next big step in providing Veterans with a sustainable path to stable housing and rehabilitation.

Eligibility Requirements

The Pearl Center's apartments are specifically designed and designated for low- to moderate-income Veterans and/or their families. HUDVASH and Section 8 vouchers are accepted.

Services for Veterans

Housing alone is not enough. Through the Pearl Center's partnerships with Veteran-serving not-for-profits, we provide on-site vocational training, mental health and addiction support, and more.

Supporting Our Mission

Supportive services at the Pearl Center are entirely supported through community and foundation efforts. Monetary and in-kind donations are accepted on a rolling basis through the project's primary sponsor, DCHV.
